Studio Policies

The following policies are designed to support a respectful, accessible, and sustainable studio experience for all members and guests. By booking classes, purchasing services, or participating in offerings at Sanctuary Collective LLC (dba Sanctuary Yoga + Wellness Collective) you agree to these policies.

Age Policy
Regularly scheduled classes are designed for participants ages 16 and up unless a class is specifically labeled otherwise.

Cancellation, Late-Cancel & No-Show Policy

Regular Classes
Reservations must be canceled at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the class credit used to book the class.

Workshops & Special Events
Workshops and special events require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event start time are non-refundable.

How to Cancel
To ensure your reservation is properly released, cancellations must be completed through your online account via the Sanctuary Yoga + Wellness Collective website or Fit by Wix app. Cancellations cannot be accepted by email, phone, or social media.


Class Pack Expiration
10-Class Packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused classes expire after this period.

New Student Intro Offer
The New Student Intro Offer includes 3 classes for $30 and is valid for 30 days from the date of first use.
This offer is available to new students only and may not be paused or extended.

Refunds & Transfers
Purchases are not refunded to the original form of payment. When appropriate, refunds may be issued as studio credit or transferred to a friend or family member.
Studio credit must be used within the original expiration period. Transfers must be arranged through the studio.

Future Offerings
Sanctuary Collective LLC may offer additional services, pricing options, class packs, memberships, or programs in the future. Participation in any new offering will be subject to the terms and policies in effect at the time of purchase or enrollment.

Acknowledgment
By purchasing classes or participating in offerings at Sanctuary Collective LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Studio Policies.
