A Sonic Reset for Renewal and Balance Step into the gentle turning of the season and welcome the light. The Spring Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance between day and night... a sacred pause where nature exhales and begins again. In this immersive sound bath, you’ll be guided through a restorative meditation supported by the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and ethereal voice. As the frequencies move through the body, they help quiet the mind, release stagnant energy, and create space for intention. This experience is designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and energetic alignment as we transition into a season of growth. Come as you are, dressed comfortably, and allow yourself to be held in vibration. Blankets and bolsters are available but you are welcome to bring anything else to make you comfy! This is a time to soften, to listen inward, and to bloom from within.

Cancellation Policy
Advance Booking & Payment All classes, workshops, and events must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise noted. Class Cancellations Regular classes may be canceled at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid being charged. Cancellations made within 3 hours of class time or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit or session fee. Special Events & Workshops Special events—including sound baths, live music classes, workshops, and guest-led offerings—have limited capacity and require advance planning. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable. Special event and workshop bookings may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Transfer requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. To transfer your spot, please email the studio with the name and email address of the person attending in your place. Transfers requested within 24 hours of the event cannot be guaranteed. Waitlists If a class or event is full, you may join the waitlist. If you are moved into a class or event within the cancellation window, standard cancellation policies apply. Late Arrival To preserve the experience for all guests, late entry will not be permitted once class has begun as the door is locked at the beginning of class. If you arrive late and are unable to join, the session will be treated as a late cancel. No-Shows No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers. Cancellations by the Studio If a class or event is canceled by the studio you will receive a full refund or credit. Thank you for honoring these policies, which allow us to support our teachers, guest practitioners, and community with care and integrity.
