Thoughtful Support for Women in Midlife
Sanctuary offers women-centered programming designed to support the physical, emotional, and nervous system changes that often arise during midlife, perimenopause, and menopause.
Our approach blends Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, and community... not as fixes, but as steady companions through change. Each offering is created to be grounding, accessible, and deeply human.
This work honors the wisdom of the body, the intelligence of cycles, and the importance of being supported... especially during times of transition.
Sacred Sisterhood Monthly Women’s Gatherings
Sacred Sisterhood is our monthly gathering for women in midlife seeking connection, reflection, and nourishment.
Each gathering offers space to slow down and reconnect through gentle practices and meaningful conversation. Gatherings may include meditation, light movement, seasonal or Ayurvedic wisdom, ritual, and open circle sharing.
This is a welcoming, non-judgmental space... free from pressure or expectation. Come once or return month after month.
Gatherings will be held on the first Wednesday of the month at 7pm beginning in March.
Sacred Sisterhood gatherings can be booked using a class pass or drop-in.

Personalized Support for Women
Sanctuary offers personalized support for women seeking more individualized care during times of transition, healing, or growth. These offerings provide space for deeper attention, tailored guidance, and one-t0-one support.

Reiki Sessions
Gentle, energy-based sessions designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultations
Personalized guidance rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, focusing on daily rhythms, digestion, sleep, stress, and hormonal balance... especially supportive during midlife transitions.

Private Yoga Sessions
One-to-one yoga sessions tailored to your body, life stage, and needs, with an emphasis on accessibility, nervous system support, and sustainable practice.
Women’s Wellness programming at Sanctuary is guided by Julie Diedrichsen, whose work is rooted in holistic health, yoga, meditation, and Ayurvedic wisdom, with a particular focus on supporting women through midlife transition.
Julie’s approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical - honoring both ancient traditions and the realities of modern life.
