Sacred Cacao + Sound Bath

Service Description
Cacao has long been honored as a sacred plant medicine and heart opener... a gentle companion for turning inward, quieting the chatter of the mind, and creating space for deeper reflection, connection, and intention. We’ll begin the evening by sharing warm ceremonial cacao together, followed by meditation and time to settle into the stillness. The ceremony offers an opportunity to soften, listen inward, and reconnect with what may be difficult to hear amid the noise and pace of everyday life. From there, Lori and Mike will guide you into an immersive journey of sound and vibration. Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gong, flute, drums, and other instruments will weave together throughout the space, surrounding the body in layers of resonant sound. Their work draws from the sacred traditions of Himalayan metals, the crystal kingdom, and earth and indigenous vibration. Together, cacao, meditation, and sound create a powerful space for stillness, awareness, and connection... an evening intended to leave you feeling grounded, open, and expansive. _____________ Michael Balonis and Lori Fitzpatrick are a dynamic couple who share a deep connection to the transformative power of sound, vibration, yoga, and energy work. Both are certified sound healing practitioners who received extensive training at the renowned Sage Academy of Sound in Woodstock, New York, where their studies focused on sacred Himalayan metals, the crystal kingdom, and earth and indigenous vibration. Mike is also a certified gong practitioner who trained with longtime gong master and teacher Don Conreaux. He draws upon his background as a nutritional health practitioner and Sivananda-trained yogi, with training in asana, pranayama, relaxation, meditation, and yogic philosophy. Lori is a Reiki Master, certified yoga instructor, and licensed occupational therapist with more than 25 years of experience. Her years of working closely with the body, combined with her intuitive Reiki and sound practices, bring a unique depth and sensitivity to the experiences she creates. Together, Lori and Mike work intuitively, weaving sound and vibration into deeply immersive experiences designed to quiet the mind, open the heart, and invite a deeper connection with oneself.

Cancellation Policy
Advance Booking & Payment All classes, workshops, and events must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise noted. Class Cancellations Regular classes may be canceled at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid being charged. Cancellations made within 3 hours of class time or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit or session fee. Special Events & Workshops Special events—including sound baths, live music classes, workshops, and guest-led offerings—have limited capacity and require advance planning. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable. Special event and workshop bookings may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Transfer requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. To transfer your spot, please email the studio with the name and email address of the person attending in your place. Transfers requested within 24 hours of the event cannot be guaranteed. Waitlists If a class or event is full, you may join the waitlist. If you are moved into a class or event within the cancellation window, standard cancellation policies apply. Late Arrival To preserve the experience for all guests, late entry will not be permitted once class has begun as the door is locked at the beginning of class. If you arrive late and are unable to join, the session will be treated as a late cancel. No-Shows No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers. Cancellations by the Studio If a class or event is canceled by the studio you will receive a full refund or credit. Minors Participants under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign a waiver prior to participation. Participation will not be permitted without a completed parent/guardian waiver. Thank you for honoring these policies, which allow us to support our teachers, guest practitioners, and community with care and integrity.
