A slow, supportive yoga practice designed to help you move with ease, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body. Gentle Hatha focuses on simple, accessible postures held for longer periods, allowing time to explore alignment, sensation, and breath without rushing. This class is ideal for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone seeking a calmer, more grounding practice. Expect a steady pace, mindful transitions, and plenty of options, with an emphasis on balance, mobility, and relaxation. Come as you are. This is a space to move gently, breathe fully, and soften into the present moment.

Cancellation Policy
Advance Booking & Payment All classes, workshops, and events must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise noted. Class Cancellations Regular classes may be canceled at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid being charged. Cancellations made within 3 hours of class time or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit or session fee. Special Events & Workshops Special events—including sound baths, live music classes, workshops, and guest-led offerings—have limited capacity and require advance planning. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable. Special event and workshop bookings may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Transfer requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. To transfer your spot, please email the studio with the name and email address of the person attending in your place. Transfers requested within 24 hours of the event cannot be guaranteed. Waitlists If a class or event is full, you may join the waitlist. If you are moved into a class or event within the cancellation window, standard cancellation policies apply. Late Arrival To preserve the experience for all guests, late entry will not be permitted once class has begun as the door is locked at the beginning of class. If you arrive late and are unable to join, the session will be treated as a late cancel. No-Shows No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers. Cancellations by the Studio If a class or event is canceled by the studio you will receive a full refund or credit. Minors Participants under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign a waiver prior to participation. Participation will not be permitted without a completed parent/guardian waiver.
