A candlelit slow flow and metta meditation to bless Sanctuary and begin together.
Service Description
Held under the energy of the Snow Moon and on the threshold of the opening of our new studio, this class is both a practice and a ritual. We’ll move through a slow, steady flow designed to cultivate warmth, softness, and presence in the body, followed by a guided metta meditation offering goodwill to ourselves, one another, and this new space we are gathering in. At the beginning of class, you’ll be invited to set an intention - a word, a prayer, or a quiet wish - to help bless and anchor Sanctuary as a place of care, connection, and belonging. You may share aloud or hold it privately; all intentions are welcome. Expect gentle, nourishing movement, candlelight, moments of stillness, and a closing sense of shared warmth... like coming in from the snow and settling by the fire. All levels welcome. Cancellation Policy
Advance Booking & Payment All classes, workshops, and events must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise noted. Class Cancellations Regular classes may be canceled at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid being charged. Cancellations made within 3 hours of class time or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit or session fee. Special Events & Workshops Special events—including sound baths, live music classes, workshops, and guest-led offerings—have limited capacity and require advance planning. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable. Special event and workshop bookings may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Transfer requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. To transfer your spot, please email the studio with the name and email address of the person attending in your place. Transfers requested within 24 hours of the event cannot be guaranteed. Waitlists If a class or event is full, you may join the waitlist. If you are moved into a class or event within the cancellation window, standard cancellation policies apply. Late Arrival To preserve the experience for all guests, late entry will not be permitted once class has begun as the door is locked at the beginning of class. If you arrive late and are unable to join, the session will be treated as a late cancel. No-Shows No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers. Cancellations by the Studio If a class or event is canceled by the studio you will receive a full refund or credit. Minors Participants under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign a waiver prior to participation. Participation will not be permitted without a completed parent/guardian waiver. Thank you for honoring these policies, which allow us to support our teachers, guest practitioners, and community with care and integrity.
